Ron Bodega White Rum

Double pot distilled from sugarcane molasses on Scotland’s northeast coastline, this unaged rum is packed with depth and complexity. A silky backbone of caramel and burnt sugar with waves of tropical fruit – ripe mango, juicy pineapple, which are laced together with a touch of ester funk. Crafted with care, poured with purpose.

Yeast: Distillers Yeast
Fermentation time: 5 days
Distillation: Double pot distilled, medium reflux.
ABV%: reduced from still strength over 2 weeks to 40% ABV.
